Structurally we’re a services firm, the same shape as a consulting practice, but the deliverable is a running agent in production rather than a slide that recommends one.

Samuel Mirpuri
Co-founder & CEO
Samuel is a co-founder of flowscope. He spent his career at McKinsey, leading digital-transformation programs for PE-backed portfolio companies and large enterprises, holds an MBA from Harvard, and is a graduate of MIT. A former Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces, he writes flowscope's posts on process redesign, the economics of professional services, and where enterprise AI value actually lands.
Javier Leguina
Co-founder & CTO
Javier is a co-founder of flowscope. At ModelML (YC W24) he was a founding engineer building for the world's biggest banks, and before that he was an AI engineer at advanced startups including Encord and did research on hierarchical reinforcement learning at UCL, where he holds an MS in Machine Learning. He writes flowscope's posts on agents, production reliability, security, and the mechanics of shipping AI into systems that were never built to be driven by software.
